Interesting choice
how do you clean the wood? I have a lady who has original wood on hers, it's a 1951 and idk how to detail it properly
In 1950 and 1951, Ford flathead V8s installed in cars were painted from factory in that tangerine color.
There is one just like this for sale at Streetside Classics in North Carolina. Could it be the same one?
I am sooo happy that tire failure stopped you. I think there is little chance a 25 mile trip would complete before the electrical fault found ignition. Would be so incredibly sad to see her go.
FLUID CHANGES, PROBABLY AROUND 500 BUCKS! YIKES
Stop talkin' about yer "woody" !
What happen to this handsome car
Yes, I have a saying, driving old cars should be updated for safety, but preserved for posterity.
I'd update the suspension, brakes, leave the engine as is, there are far too few fully mechanical engines out there, computers make them faster, more efficient, but add so many possible problems.
Very cool car, the 50's were an amazing time in America, this car shows some if that.
My woody turns to wood just looking at this thing.
Whatever became of this Woodie?
And what did the Wizard see below Tyler's Woody? Rusty nuts.
These damn videos are addicting.
Fast forward 13 months, add several thousand dollars for the work he had done and it sold at Barrett-Jackson for $44k, probably slightly over break even, which really isn't a bad outcome I think.
