    Nope, they sold all of the cars they intended to build. They planned for it to be a limited run vehicle, so they made the dies out of ceramic in order to reduce production costs and speed the construction line development alond, and after nearly 6000 were produced, the metal stamping dies were worn out and since the sales figures weren't quite amazing enough to warrant making new ones, they decided to call it quits at that point. It was also around the same time that the company was considering pulling out of the US market, so investing even more into a vehicle whose rate of sale wasn't spectacular wouldn't have made sense.

    Also, the TOD system defaults to RWD unless it detects wheel slip from any of its 12 sensors. I think you can force it into 4WD high for daily driving if you want always-on 4WD, but for most cases, leaving it to do its thing gets you where you need to go.
