Based on my experience with a '79 Shadow 2, you got off cheap my friend. With these cars, it's always who you find to work on them, who you can trust. I got raped. I found one man who was absolutely great, plus, Euro Motors in Bethesda, MD. to do the job right. It cost more, but factory warranty behind the work. One it's sorted out enjoy the ride.

It alldepends on how well looked after they are.If you paid 60 grand when these were new and decided to go on the cheap with maintainence and not had it in when supposed to you are at some point going to end up with a shitheap of a Bentley.

Thats not an oil leak , its the corrosion protection system doing its job .

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Richrd Lewis says:

You have to wonder was the mineral fluid to stop all the bushes wearing if it was just oil with all the leaks. A true british shitter of a car.

As a Brit I can confirm that our engineers don't understand gaskets and seals.

Saw the first 5 seconds, enough to see you´re not worth to own a classic Bentley.

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars david weston says:

If the brake pumps leak you can change the o rings and not change the pumps. rebuilt pumps are likely to be from a neglected car and have more miles and wear than the ones you have now which are only leaking because of the o'rings. You don't even need to remove the pumps to change the o rings. But it's better for the video and for Wizard to make the repairs higher priced. The ad revenue will more than pay for it I suppose.

the distribution valves are meant to weep they are designed that way. there is no seal it's a metal shaft in a metal hole with small clearance and the seepage keeps it lubricated. Don't do the distribution valves.

Idiots buy the name the cars don't keep up
