I'm just now learning these are mid-engine. Was driven around by my friends' moms in these as a kid.
Had one supercharged. And AWD. Plenty fast, especially how well it cruised at 75 mph. Now, Hoovie, PLEASE PLEASE stop doing burnouts in such an old vehicle. You mention it was leaking – well many of them did that eventually, and yours didn't have that many miles on it. Burnouts potentially cause many other problems besides ruining that right rear tire. Just stop. Got that off of my chest. Thank you. We loved our Previa. At about 200k it started with some electrical / wiring problems. Likely due to being in the Northeast and salt on the roads during the winter. Had those issues not started, I may have kept it several more years. Also, I put in an aftermarket radio with a bit more power, but not a big amp or anything. My Previa actually had a small subwoofer (stock) in the way back, which sounded really great with the after market stereo. Hoovie, keep up the good work, and never get normal.
Needs to be turned up and drag tires
Ah yes. The previa. The only vehicle in history to be inspired by something that comes out of a chickens butt!
I enjoyed watching your video Wow
Is that a column shifter !!!!!!!!
The poorly designed other minivans are easier to work on and maintain, they're all made that way for a reason. My wife's sienna is by far my favorite, deadly reliable.
Zachs Van World. Toyota Previa, Chevrolet Astro, Oldsmobile Silhouette, and Ford Aerostar.
how about the 2nd generation Estima compared to this Previa?
I use to not like them
But now is the only mini Van I would drive. ❤
Goin to look at one 2mor, 119k miles! Most odyssey’s less than 10 years old have way more miles around here 😂
I had one for our. Family trips. Miss it now
I agree with you. Previa is the best !!
I got a 99 supercharged AWD one for $150 in NZD engine turns over but gotta get a new fuel tank
Mom had one of these… used to take it out on the weekends in high school. Thing ran like a scalded dog..
Still driving ours at Year 30. Will keep it forever
Fun fact: There is a 1996 movie starring Tom Arnold and David Paymer called "Carpool" featuring a Toyota Previa lol.
