dude telling people he has 15k into it like that’s without the cost of the car and shipping also. he basically has the ultimate VIP sedan in mint condition for under 15k🤣
Why’s it look like the wizard has a Charlie Brown patch of hair?
u got fucked imo. i just took ownership of a 06 750 li clean carfax/title in MINT condition. got it for 5900…
I would pay $15K all day every day for that E38. To me, it is worth every cent of $15K. The best, and only, bmw that I would ever buy.
Edit: Towards the end of the video, when I heard the door close so solidly, it made my heart jump, that sound is just sheer quality of days gone by.
yes
That sucks. I dump all my BMW they are so unreliable
Always with the cries of "it is expensive to own". Such an old refrain that I have no sympathy for those who enter into the purchase blindly; Hoovie's willing martyrdom included. Plenty of Honda s and Toyotas for sale for less. Todays average car payment is ~$750 per month. $8000 per year plus depreciation and insurance. No way $15000 is a lot of money. BTW I daily a e39 M5. It too is not inexpensive to own. Previously an older M3. I know something about auto maintenance and relative value, which is always subjective.
He’s misleading with his quote. No one is including the cost of the car when they hear “I’m $X into this car”
If you had a choice to own that 2001 silver 7 series or that black 7 series you posed your car next to with at the end of the clip and the black one had 86K miles and was out of warranty I’d much rather own the silver one. That new one with the exaggerated kidney bean grill is just plain ugly in my eyes. Even if someone gave it to me I’d sell it right away.
The car is now good for another 200k with all that work done.
