Big 3 have no clue what they are doing these days
Having driven an electric car, they are great to maintain but you need to make sure that you have one that has enough miles per charge. I had a Mitsubishi iMiev and it was terrible. During the summer I'd get 60 but in the winter it was closer to 30. The other problem is how long the batteries will last and the cost of replacing them. If it's going to cost $20,000 to replace a battery, it'll make electric cars disposable.
The answer is it’s actually political and probably has something to do with politicians removing your autonomy as usual

If you took all the Shelby GT nonsense off, and put in even a 200 inline 6 with 3 speed, I think it would be worth 50% more than it's worth now.
